Frequently Asked Questions
An eBook is an electronic file that contains all the information in a book, but in in electronic format. In other words, you have the book as a file on your computer, where you can either read it there or print it out.
There are several advantages to an ebook. First, you can have instant access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Since we have readers on every continent and in many countries, having access anywhere in the world at any time is very convenient. Second, eBooks let the writer maintain full control over the content. There is no editor or publisher with an agenda to change the content. You are reading what the writer intended to say. Third, going through a traditional publisher creates a 2 to 4 year delay from acceptance to publication. Ebooks allow us to get the content to you, NOW.
We use two formats for our ebooks. The first is the PDF format. This format is opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free piece of software that resides on most computers already (if your computer does not have Acrobat, you can download it free by clicking HERE ). The second format is a freestanding file that combines the ebook and reader together. No additional software is needed.
We think PDF is the better format, but if you don?t have the reader and don?t want the trouble of installing software, the alternate format is available. Also, AOL subscribers sometimes report problems with downloading PDF?s, so the alternate format solves that problem.
Any printer that works with your computer will work with either program.
Yes. You print the file in either format just as you would in any other Windows program. You simply click on the ?File? button on the toolbar, and choose ?Print.? This gives you the best of both worlds: you can read it on your screen and take it with you.
Absolutely. We have over 41,000 satisfied readers who have discovered the secrets for a successful relationship. The quotes you have read are a small fraction of the letters we have received from these readers.
Doctors, attorneys, accountants and other professionals may all have information that is great. But you probably don?t expect to get it for free.
The truth is that anyone who believes we are somehow making a fortune doesn?t know much about the internet. Little money is made, but expenses add up. I spent several years writing the book (not to mention many years in training and seeing clients), then a great deal of effort to get it online. I have advertising costs, hosting fees, and many hidden costs. I get a modest return for my time.
For the most part, free information is usually fairly worthless. Good information has a cost. However, you will notice that compared to many other ebooks, we are a bargain. I think it is unfair to profit from others? pain, but it does cost us to provide the information.
I can?t review all the others, but I can tell you this: the majority were written by ghost writers, hired by webmasters out to make a profit. In fact, my ebook has been stolen three times and posted on other websites for sale. (We have prosecuted and won in all three cases).
My ebook is written by a therapist who has been in the trenches day-in and day-out. I have developed my ideas and tested them. They are not ideas I garnered as a ghost writer, and they are not about manipulating, hypnotizing, or any other silly plot. They are time-tested principles that work.
As much as I love to hear from readers, I am unable to field questions from the general public. There is not enough time in the day to respond to the volume of emails I get from people wanting free advice. I wrote the ebook and priced it at an affordable price to that many people can get the help they need to save their marriage.
I am often amazed by people who tell me how much they want to save their marriage, but are unwilling to make even a small monetary investment. So my advice ends up being the same: the ebook is guaranteed, so give it a try! You can click here to make the purchase.
